How to remove stubborn programs?

I have three programs in my control panel's list of programs that won't uninstall. The first is a vista icon patch that I have downloaded, whenever I go to remove it a black screen shows up in the corner then disappears. The second is an add from face book (Profile Song) and Zatisfi search assistant. When I try to uninstall it these programs it says in can't find an installer and wont let me remove them. I really really want to remove these so any help would be appreciated.

I've used Revo Installer freeware. It used to work pretty good (don't use windows any more).

download a program called Revo Uninstaller. It works much better than the regular Windows uninstaller, and should work for you.

I cannot be sure, but a lot of anti-spy ware programs are also viruses in disquise. Why would you download a defragger program when it is already built into your computer ? In layman's terms , you are going to need to see a local guru in order to remove this one. Sounds bad to me though. Good luck
