Yes the drinks are "free" but you are expected to be gambling also the cocktail waitress will expect a tip - a dollar or two perhaps. Although "free" you will have to keep gambling therefore spending more money until your drink arrives, so call it free if you want but it will cost you money!

If you're gambling, they'll serve you free drinks. It doesn't have to be just beer either. You can order mixed drinks if you want. The come around more often at the higher limit tables than they do at the slot machines, but they'll serve you no matter where you're gambling. It's done at all of the casinos. Just remember to tip your waitress.

Yes, you do. And even though it's "free", you should always tip the drink lady a dollar or two. Remember, Vegas is a town built on customer service.

play the small nomination slots, put a 5 dollar bill in the slot and make as if yo are playing, tip one dollar per drink and you will get 5 drinks for 5 dollars, actually for 10 because you will play the other 5, also be nice to your drink girl

If you are actively gambling at a slot or table, you will be offered a drink free, but tip the cocktail $1. Otherwise you have to pay
