Why does my back right tyre make a squeaking/scraping noise?

It mostly happens when I turn right, however it will happen intermittently when I am driving along.

I have a Kia Rio hatchback.

Update:

I do not know a lot about cars so saying 'bearing' doesn't really help me.

I won't be able to get this looked at for a week. How dangerous is it to keep driving with it for a week?

This sounds like a brake problem. Check the caliper is not sticking.
