    I think that's so stupid.

Also, Mr. Magoo doesn't realize that even though 'Dick' may not be on someone's birth certificate as their first name, what compels someone to nickname a family member or friend that? How the f*** do you get "Dick' from Richard??? I guess if I name my daughter Charlotte I can call her 'C*nt' as a nickname, right?

I also know people whose last name is 'Dick'. I would be mortified if 'Dick' was anywhere IN my name...

It's only recently that the word dick has taken on another meaning.

It's like how with the new Lady GAga song, the name "Alejandro" is now associated with Lady Gaga's song and video. Same thing. Now Alejandro has a connotation with Lady Gaga. Before it was just a name, now it's a Lady Gaga trend name. Everytime people meet an Alejandro, they'll start singing, "Alejandro, Alejandro, Ale-ale-ale-ale-jandro."

    That's just how life is.

No one names their kid Dick. They name him Richard. Dick is just a nickname for Richard.
