Exercise that can help lose stomach fat and love handles.?
I run my own cleaning company and am running around at work for 6-9 hours a day hoovering, dusting,etc. I keep a generally healthy diet, with the occasional treat. I feel with the activity I do at work gives me a good bit of exercise but I still have a bit of a wobbly stomach and small love handles. What exercises are good to tone and shape my stomach? Plus am I right that cleaning is a good enough exercise work out for the hours I do?
I own a cross trainer! So would work outs on this help too!

I dont think cardio workout is gonna help it that much if you want it REALLY flat. A lot of situps will help basically. You should find out what foods to eat. Probably something rly light like fruit, veggies, and protein.
