Wade to Cleveland or LeBron to Miami?

There was a rumor floating around that suggested there was a pact going on between James and Wade. The deal supposedly was if Cleveland would have won a title then Wade would have had to bolt to Cleveland and leave Miami hanging.

However, if the Cavs didn't win (and they obviously didn't) then LeBron would have to join Wade in South Beach. The fact that King James took his jersey off after the final game in Boston may have also foreshadowed his final game as a Cavalier.

How much truth is there to this rumor? Thoughts?

Nah... I think yeah Lebron and D-Wade are good freinds but I dont think Wade would ever leave Miami unless it would be a trade I think Lebron was waiting to se who the new coach would be for Clevland and to see if miami would get anymore star's in which they did with CB-4. I personally dont think at the start of this off season that he knew where he was going. because him and J-Z are awesome freinds and most people know Z has part Ownership in the Nets and he didnt want to leave his home town in Clevland but Lebron is very compettitive and he has to have a Good supporting cast in which he had a pretty good one in CL but they just werent getting the Job done Obviously. so I think there was alot more factors then what some people believe. Lebron wants a champion ship and its pretty obvious (to me anyways) that Miami would be the best choice for that. so yeah. you can call Lebron a traitor but he had alot to think about. and he wanted what was best for himself (which is very understandable with the circumstances)

The rumor might be true, but we’ll never know unless “the King” admits it for some egocentric reason.

His play is a big reason the Cavs didn’t beat Boston.

And it would have had to be a private deal between the 2 stars, without anyone else involved.

And if the rumor were true, then these last 2 weeks including “The Decision” was a big goofy set-up.

So it will probably never be proven. But it’s a good rumor.

Well, I honestly don't think Wade would have left South Beach, considering all of the moves they were making, and he was close with Pat Riley too. Plus, the Cavs didn't have the cap space for another max (assuming they give LeBron the max) since Jamison was eating it up. Plus if they somehow did get Wade, they wouldn't have an inside post presence (no room for Shaq)

He probably took off his jersey because he wanted to take a shower though...

I don't think taking his jersey off foreshadowed anything but more of frustration.. That rumor out him and wade could be true they were really good friends
