How do i sign a Contract that was emailed to me and email it back, It is for a Teaching Job in China.?

I need to sign this contract i got in my email for a english teaching position in Wenzhou China. How do i sign this and get it back to them so they can begin getting my Visa? Also the contract is like 30 pages, most of which are blank.

    Print it, sign it and send it back by courier (e.g. Fed Ex).

    Courier or fax or scan and email.
