HE called me twice sent another E mail with tems and that lawyer will send documents to me to sign and everything else loan is for $7000 only asking for 2% interest to be paid back $40 per month for 180 months HE totals it at only $7140 however it's $7200 but 2% of 7 K is $140
I searched every where for possible scam or Rip off of this company found nothing at all bad ! ANYONE have info about this company or person ? They have been around since 1997 is all i found but under differnt names ! HE states he is CEO now ! I just don't want to get robbed i'm playing safe still searching for INFO cannot find anything !

There is no such company in Ghana. It's a scam to steal your money and access your bank acct to rob you. Nobody is going to give a loan to anyone overseas as they would have no way to ever get their money back if you defaulted. And real companies would never use a free @gmail address

That is the address of the Malaysian High Commission in Ghana, not a financial services office

It is a scam. You will get robbed. The reason that you have not found anything bad when you search is because the criminals use a different name when dealing with each customer, so that you do not find anything when looking for the name that he used with you, because he used other names with his earlier victims.
"Peggy" may be one of his other names. I just checked for previous answers from Peggy and Jean and the only one I found was spam from Peggy advertising a loan scam, maybe this one.
