What do I do about my dog?
My hubby had to go out of town on business for the week. My toy chihuahua is a major Daddy's girl. She's been standing at the door barking since the time he would normally come home from work. That was 8 hrs ago. And this is only the first day.

take her for a LONG walk - at least an hour - twice a day.
it'll help her bond to you and will leave her too tired to bark much.

Everyday normally at the time that you know she will bark get her and give her a toy or play with her or something to get her mind of "daddy" and do the name. or take her out for a walk . It will work believe me. I love dogs and i know everything about them ive been studying about them alot.

Aww how sweet.If I were you I would try to bond with her more.Around that time so something that she likes to do like go for a walk or something like that.
