Which NBA Star Can Cleveland Get To Replace LeBron?
I hear that Minnesota is trying to get rid of Al Jefferson.
Carmelo Anthony will be a free agent next summer and he may wait until then to determine whether he'll resign with Denver. Therefore, Denver may have the incentive to trade Melo and Cleveland certainly has competent pieces to trade for him. Same goes for Chris Paul and Tony Parker.
The Indiana Pacers are open to trading Danny Granger for the right price.
If Rudy Gay doesn't live up to his fat contract, he could find himself on the trading block by mid-season. Same could go for Joe Johnson.
Since Dan Gilbert lashed out in public at LeBron, claiming that Cleveland will get it's first championship before the King, which NBA star do you think would be the best fit to help the Cavs escape the dark age of King James?

The Cavs are between a rock and a hard place. With LeBron gone, nobody wants to play in that small of a market in Cleveland. CP3 and Melo both have interests playing in New York with Stoudemire. Joe Johnson and Rudy Gay are staying put, without them the Hawks and Grizzlies aren't even playoff teams. I have no idea what Dan gilbert will do, but their best bet is probably landing Richard Jefferson or Josh Howard. I also heard that the Warriors might trade Monta Ellis and some expirings for Danny Granger because they need a PG and think Monta can run the team. Imagine if we had Steph, Granger, and Lee.

Well In truth they wont be able to replace him.
Lebron had to much effect on Cleveland and he is arguably the 2nd best player in the league. But they can build a good (all around team) with him gone now.
Cleveland Management should definitately look into Danny Granger. Nobody will want Rudy Gay or Joe Johnsons fat contract.
As I said, Cleveland should definitately try and pursue Danny Granger and look for a more TRUE PG who can run the floor since Lebron really used to do that.

Absolutely no team is going to take on Joe Johnson's or Rudy Gay's contracts. As for Danny Granger, the Cavs would have to decide whether they want to ink him to a long term extension immediately, or else he would be useless to them since they have no shot at a title and do not need a rent-a-player. Chris Paul was a huge option, but now that he's gone the Cavs are probably out of the running for him, as he has made it clear that he wants to win now. it's going to be tough for Cleveland, but with that huge trade exception they picked upo in the LBJ deal, they could find themselves being a huge player for Al Jefferson.

They already have the replacement for him, in Antwan Jamison, now that he doesnt need to worry about Lebron padding his stats, him and the rest of the team can perform. and they have a real coach there as well. Things are starting to look up for Cleveland. and they will have some money to add some good pieces to the team.

I agree get rid of everyone its harrison barnes time. Just get a ton of draft picks and build back up that will be faster than trying to plug pieces in that dont fit into this team

Lol, Dan Gilbert was just pissed off at the time, and lets see...Kevin Durant is probably the closest in the NBA but I mean there are no other LBJ's in the league, if so, there would have been multiple installments of "THE DECISION" :)

I think that they could try and get Carmelo next year... but I doubt anybody wants to play in Cleveland.
