Is a true friend..............?

No.

A true friend is someone who's there for you when something bad happens and when you need them the most. A true friend is someone who's willing to help you through ANYTHING, even though it might be an inconvenience for them. A true friend is someone who is willing to take all the crap they get for being your friend.

My ONLY true friend puts up with a lot of crap because everyone thinks im a whore, i hang out with the wrong people, and im a 'crowd pleaser.' Also im not a christian so people automatically assume that im the worst person alive. And my best friend stays with me through it all. So find someone like that. NOT someone who SAYS their going to call, and then goes off hanging out with someone else instead of calling.

To me, that is a pretty minor thing. Maybe she forgot to call you? There could be many reasons to why she didn't call you.

I would call her and ask her why she didn't call me. If you're not as brave or bold, you could always ask the person she was with if your friend tried to call you, but couldn't. Of course, asking the actual person (for me) is the best way because you get an answer and don't involve anyone.

Also, there are many different "true friends." Sometimes that true friend is forgetful, but you have to forgive them because you just love them.

Edit: I also agree with the other answers. If she didn't forget, and purposely didn't call you, she's not a true friend.

there may be many reasons if they didn't call so don't take the thing as you want to take it like she doesn't care take the thing in a good way like maybe she couldn't call because of some personal reasons and maybe she is hanging out with someone else maybe to resolve a conflict

Sorry but a true friend is someone who keeps their promise, and unless they apologize, they are not true :-)
