You could buy an on/off asa which just means you turn a knob and it takes the pressure from the gun and take is easy to take off (Remember you will have one shot in the gun after you turn the knob) This is the best way you can pick up a custom products one for like $30
If not you could just fire all the air from your tank.
When unscrewing your tank keep an eye on the tank Regulator and make sure it unscrewing from the marker and not the bottle. If the bottle starts to unscrew from the reg STOP leave it alone and take it to an airsmith.
