Which shocks are best for me? My budget is 200 but I'll sacrifice if theirs a big difference.?
Which shock is the best? Quality & price considered?
I have a Grand Cherokee Limited 5.2L with 20 inch rims on it. I have Monroe shocks I put on a year ago which I will not buy again. The rear rubs in pavement dips. I hate that. I'm undecided between KYB, Blistein, Rancho & Gabriel. Total pkge front & rear
KYB is 190 Gabriel is 154 Rancho is 264 Blistein is 256 All are the heavy duty type.
What's the best in order. Price value wise.

bilstein has a lifetime warranty.
Theoretically you should just bite the bullet now and you won't need to replace the shocks again.
The extra few dollars are meaningless compared to your total car expenses and will give you more enjoyment.
Who cares about an extra $10 difference/year for better shocks if you're spending $3000 on fuel and insurance.
Also, if you didn't like the old shocks because of rubbing, it's more because of your aftermarket modification and the SPRINGS that you chose, not just the shocks.

If you want to spend a pretty penny and get some really nice shocks, i recommend the Tockiko Illumina adjustable shocks. They have a 1-5 setting for firmness...They will run you about $600 for all 4.
But if you just want to replace them with some oem feeling shocks. The cheapest are KYB GR2. They meet or exceed oem standards...
