You can not sell what you do not own. As of June 21 you do not own that house and have no legal right to be in it. The judge will decide what you owe, including the court costs. It will be a lot though, as you are delaying their ability to resell their property by illegally squatting. The judge will be harder on you if an owner bought and now is being forced to reside outside their home because of you.
Worst case scenario is your assets are seized and wages garnished.
You just can't just live in someone elses property because you owned it in the past.

Well, not sure, but it sounds like a bunch a crap. I would first consult your lease, and then call the housing authority in the area.
All person or businesses renting residential property must adhear to certain housing laws, regardless if its a private rental.
Look at it this way, even squatters have rights, which are roughly if they break in to an abandoned property and turn on essential living requirements (elect, gas, water, ect) then they cannot be immediately kicked out, but the owner of the property has to go through several steps to evict them which can take up to 6mo.
As far as I have always been told any person renting a property much provide their tenant with atleast 30days to evict the property when an eviction is served in writing.
Good luck, and remember to check your laws. Oh, also if it's a personal rental thing between you and a friend, then unless they claim your rent as income of which they have to obey the renters laws, then they wouldn't take you to court since that is tax evasion.
