What do i need to bring in order to obtain birth control from planned parenthood?
I am 16 years old and i want to get on the birth control pill. I live in Hawai'i and i am a student, without a job and i would prefer not to have them bill my health insurance so that my parents don't find out. I was also wondering if it was free, and if i needed to know my social security number and any other information if i wanted to get on the pill.

You should bring a government-issued photo ID, even your passport if you have one. Bring your Social Security card if you have it. If you tell PP you have insurance, they will want to bill your insurance.
Of course, it's best if you could use insurance and tell your parents what you're taking. One way to do this would be to get a doctor's note (from your regular doctor or a gynecologist) telling your parents that you need birth control for painful or irregular periods. After all, when "birth control" pills were first available in the USA they were for women with menstrual problems only and not for birth control at all! Doctors are very willing to prescribe birth control for teens' menstrual problems.
If this isn't an option for you, you could lie to Planned Parenthood and say you have no insurance. The pills would probably be discounted but not free. This is dishonest and not the best way, but I'd rather have you lie and prevent an unplanned pregnancy than have you be honest and end up pregnant.
Remember to always use condoms with partners until you have a long-term monogamous relationship. Birth control pills don't prevent STDs!

You could buy it online... By the way, the only place I found on the internet for affordable birth control is: http://www.mycycledirect.com./ The MyCycle company is the #1 online Birth Control Pharmacy. They give out free birth control samples. Good Luck
