What real estate company does the best training for new unexperinced agents? I live in Michigan?
I am deciding to pursue a new career path as a real estate agent and have absolutely no previous experience and I was wonder which real estate company offers the best training for their new agents.

I heard Coldwell Banker is pretty good.

The easiest office to work with is Tarbell Realtors as they have a real estate training program, then place you with a seasoned agent. They also put you on a fast track 2 wk program and you will have your first transaction in 30 days.
Century 21 is also good and Keller Williams.
Stay away from these real estate companies until you've been an agent for at least 3 yrs because they want you to hit the floor running. They are Re/Max, Coldwell Banker, Realty Executives.
