That is a GREAT salary for a mental health/substance abuse social worker. but just an FYI that will probably not be the average starting salary. I would say the average starting salary is 30,000 for a social worker, even with a masters degree. However, if you have student loans you can get your loans removed after 10 years of public service.

For social work?! Oh honey - social work isn't an area that is known for the money. Starting you, you'll most likely be making way under $40K - between $25K (PT) to $35K (FT) most-likely. Social work is just one of those areas where they are needed the most but overworked and underpaid.
However, that being said, it's a very rewarding job. You've making a difference. If you love what you do, the salary isn't going to matter that much.

i prefer to propose that the coolest shrink for contributions be accomplished away with, and that the utmost payouts in retirement nevertheless stay as they're, adjusted for inflation. Social safeguard practices isn't a "grant away" application yet one that every one human beings make a contribution to love a fee discounts plan, and might desire to be risk-free against distinctive makes use of by employing using the government. Do you agree or disagree and why? in case you're so traumatic approximately it then why do now no longer you; first located it back into the internal maximum sector and make to have been no can take out money from it for their own activity, 2d pay back each and each penny you have borrowed from the two Social safeguard practices and Medicare, 0.33 take the unlawful immigrants off of it and persons who come over fantastic right here yet by employing no potential paid a penny to it, and finally have it an analogous for each guy or woman; in distinctive words government officers are to take part in it and in the event that they p.c. some situation greater advantageous they do it on their own without the tax payers investment it?yet, the financial stytem feeding the imbalances had by employing no potential been somewhat replaced. They, a set of scholars, stated that each and each guy or woman costs of activity might desire to be 3% or much less for each guy or woman to alter into wealthy if needed (that would desire to be somewhat additionally to taces). the suitable economic undertaking might desire to be, they stated, jointly as there have been no costs of activity. Why now no longer attempt this answer? the wealthy might desire to nevertheless be wealthy. My question is: jointly as soial safeguard practices will substitute right into a difficulty on the subject of federal costs, why now no longer paintings with a balanced or earnings money and spend no greater advantageous valuable than is presented in, as any kin has to attempt for? Why now no longer ban all loobying supplies with the objective to get regulations that serve the country? God bless united statesa..
