are the plastic owl or hawk effective in keeping birds away?
we have power lines running right over our driveway and birds sit on them and have target practice with our cars.....i was looking at products to keep them away and see and owl and hawk and i am wondering if I put one or two of them on the fence that runs along the driveway will it keeps the birds off the wires right over it.... distance is maybe 15 to 20 feet from top of the fence to the wires....

yes, they are very effective in keeping birds away. Unfortunately they have a tendency to attract other plastic owls and hawks.
