Best red lipstick for fair skin?

I have a similar complexion/hair colour combination as you, so I'm guessing you're 'cooler' tinted rather than warmer.

(Rather than warm olive tones in your skin, you have blue or pink tones.)

Try blue-reds. I know it's a little bit above your price range, but MAC's Russian Red is my favourite red. If you can find a similar shade, it'll look great. Look for something that's blue-red; think classic red lipstick from the 1950s rather than orange or pink reds.

You are gorgeous Hun! Of course you can pull of a red lip :) If you want a matte red lip, I suggest getting a MAC lipstick in Lady Danger. It is a bright red which I think will look gorgeous on you. And if you are looking for a more sheen finish, try the MAC lipstick called MAC Red. You can find these lipsticks in MAC counters, or you can purchase them online. They retail for $14.00 each.

I have heard the Revlon 006 Really Red Matte Lipstick is good! Sold at walmart.

For a longer, brighter red lip use a matching red lipliner! Line the lips and fill them in before applying your red lipstick! I heard the Maybelline Color Sensational Lipliner in Red is good too!

Red lipstick looks amazing on blondes. Good choice. I, in particular, would go Revlon. Choose the darkest red you can. Light reds usually end up looking more pink-ish. But dark red, almost blood color looks incredible.
