Depends on the style, how she wears it and how it compliments her physical features. As long as it isn't too short or it looks butch, then short hair can be quite attractive.

No. Never. Period.
Seriously, i am 21, i haven't seen any woman who is more attractive with short hair then with long hair.
And i have only seen 1 woman with short hair who is still attractive.

depends on how short. and some short hair looks really good on some girls but i prefer longer hair
