Insurance due next week, cant pay it but need the car! Best online money lending site/any other alternatives?

My car insurance is due for renewal next week, but due to recent unemployment and unable to find another job, I cant pay it! I only need to borrow £600, the only way I can think of fixing my problem is using a online money lending site? Like wonga.com or something? Does anyone know the best one, or any tips or anything? Any suggestions very welcome, I need to fix this problem asap!

Update:

Also, I'm only 18, so would I be able to do this? Would it be easier to get a credit card and just pay it off as soon as possible?

If you are unemployed, why do you need car? Sell it & buy a bike.
