Bloated newborn and not pooping...!!!?

Ok, So first off.

I'm home alone all day so I cant go to the vet, and I cant go when my mom is home..(dont ask why please).

I just need advice, help of what I can do!

I have two newborn orphan puppys that I found as strays. -long story-

One is ok, good size, fed every 3 hours (both are), poops and pees when I stimulate it (after every mean).

The other is having problems. He pees when I stimulate it but I can try to make him poop for a long time and nothing! Plus, he has become pretty bloated!!

He pooped once and Ive had him for three days. They are 7 days old.

I can hear he wants to poop (cause they make this sound when they want to) but still nothing.

I do what im s'posed to, wet cloth, rub their belly to help digestion, then their anal and private part.

So, please..what should I do?

Let him miss a meal when I feed them next? Or is that unhealthy...

?? Please

No, I would not let him miss a meal. When they are tiny, they can become dehydrated pretty quickly. Keep feeding him when you feed the other one. The puppy that is having the problems really should be seen by a vet as soon as possible.

Take him to a shelter. They might help you and not charge you. If you want to keep the puppy, let them know. Otherwise they will be able to give him the best possible care to help save his life. You can still adopt him later if you give him up now. you might consider giving them both puppies for now.
