Computer speakers messed up?

ive unplugged them and plugged them back in, turned them off and on, and ive screwed with the volume. my computer is saying i dont have any speakers. they were working this morning, and nobody has touched them since

    Did you go to your control panel and look for the volume section? you can try to look for a connection and see whats wrong in the control panel
