Me and this guy have been "talkin' for almost 3 months now we are not in a relatinship yet. But I had a dream that he grabbed me me looked into my eyes as he held my face in hhis hands and said I Love you. then he shook me and said it again. it felt very real but of course it is too soon for either one of us to say we love each other. So what could this mean?

i think it could mean that one of you are falling for each other. Maybe not directly in love..but perhaps there is an increase in feelings.To dream of love or being in love, suggests intense feelings carried over from a waking relationship. It refers to your contentment with what you already have and where you are in life.
