Well, you close your windows at night. Well ask your neighbor politely to cut down on marijuana as its affecting the kids around. well, there is nothing wrong with a person smoking weed, its a way to relax, but i do understand your concern with your kids, i would suggest you go talk to you neighbor and let him know how you feel and see if you could get him to maybe go somewhere to smoke, or, somewhere that it wont be a threat to your children.

Go and talk to him. A lot of people don't view a lot of things as wrong as bothersome to others. The police are only a nuisance in every situation in my opinion.

Just go talk to him and explain just as you did here and ask if he could try to contain the smoke or something and possibly try to keep it a bit more quiet because of your kids.

If he refuses or acts like a jerk or says alright but continues, then I suppose you may as well call the cops.. or take your own actions aha
