What can I do about a neighbour that smokes marijuana 3 x a day?
Its summer here and I have 2 kids under 3. Our new neighbour is smoking marijuana at least 3 x a day and night. Because our windows are open my lounge fills with the smoke which is not good for any of us. Also he has escorts and prostitutes over at least 2 x a week which has woken up my son. He was scared cause he thought someone was being hurt. Any suggestions on what I can do? My landlord hasn't done anything about it. I don't think it is a healthy environment to bring my children up in.

The best suggestion I can offer you is this; Phone the police dept. and tell them you wish to remain anonymous tell them what you've mentioned here and any additional Information about the situation. The physical description of the tenant, what time of day you've made note of the unlawful activities, etc. They will take it from there. The will honor your request for anonymity but be very careful and mindful of your children and when ever you leave and come back home. It only takes a second for a possible 'problem' to occur. Make certain your doors are locked at all times. And make certain the children know not to open the door for anyone or speak to this man or any of his visitors.
I'm sorry you have to live with this kind of crap. Take good care of yourself and your babies.
