No. He gets out and the show continues. I think the new season is in august.

No, that is just the end of Season 5. There is a whole other season, that just recently ended about two months ago: Season 6. [There is also going to be a Season 7 starting on September 20th of this year.] The episode you are talking about is "Both Sides Now." [Season 5 Episode 24]
