How can I apply for a Daycare loan?

wow, you mention loan and BAM, lol, the best thing you could do for any business, not just daycare, is to get a business plan together, that will get you the loan. without it you will look like a fool, and be denied. trust me. check out, http://www.sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/index.html the small business Association is suppose to be there and help you out, it has everything there on their website, but to be honest i used them and they were no help to me anyways, others have had better luck. check this site as well. www.score.org they have some great info about starting a business. and organizing an existing business. if you can't and there's a good chance you might not. you might check out existing day-cares that want to sell. owners would carry the note, and you pay all the bills and run it. there is a site out there that specifically sells day-cares and other businesses. you will need to know about Day-cares and the laws that govern them. it's a different set of rules for day cares. check out childcare licensing, probably at your CPS office, or online. they also have info on day cares and of course minimum standards that govern them.

In order for a bank to loan money you need a business plan. You need to draw up some papers that show what financially you think you are going to make (how much income is going to be coming into the business) so that the bank can see that you can repay the monthly amount that will be owed to them. You can get a small business loan to start a daycare if you do things the right way. The internet is a great tool and you should use it to your advantage. Google it and write up your plan and then visit your local bank where you already do business and have a relationship with them. Another idea would be if you own a home sometimes you can take out a small equity loan that would free up some money that maybe you can start up your business and pay down some of your college loans.
