Can you get myxer ringtones if your phone doesn't have internet?
I have a Motorola Razr that doesn't have internet- will it still get a ring tone from myxer?

its totally free and safe, and you can even upload and make your own ringtones and backgrounds

No you can not even if you download the ringtones from the computer to your phone you will have to click on a link to the internet to get the ringtone. So no sorry you can't
