Opening a private internet connection at high speed?

I was wondering if their is a way to open an internet connection from one computer to another at higherspeeds then your internet provider allows, i need something for sending multiple 500-1,000MB files a day and would like something that could send faster and not take a long time.

Update:

figures, i thought maybe since im working on one person to another in file transfer they would allow this without hacking.

Your ISP limits your internet speed through the router the gave you and through their own central network centers so unless you're very good at computers (in terms of hacking the monitoring system and disabling it's check on your router) then you're most likely not going to be able to bypass this.
