What can be wrong with my 2001 Nissan Sentra?

I would like to know what's wrong with my 2001 Nissan Sentra. Also if both problems are related to each other.

Okay. First of all, after breaking, it happens more often if I break harder or if it's cold out, my gas pedal gets stuck up. I have to press down really hard and the it pops and goes does.

Also, now my when I try and take my car out of park, it doesn't move right away, I have to press the button multiple times. What is the problem(s)?

Update:

Can anyone at least tell me what parts might need fixed or replaced?
