Can someone explain what happened in US from 2001-2009 under George bush?

It's not their own government they just think it is.The US Government was bought & sold long ago so forget the what happened in the last 9 yrs bit because your the fool the company looks for.The American citizen is a product & the American government is a Company.Go to work you slave and pay the company & keep your mouth shut! The seldom is heard a discouraging word company song.learn it live it love it.

There was a major attack on the mainland of the US for the first time in our modern history. That changed this country forever. The same thing would have happened no matter who was president at the time. Clinton wanted to do many of the things that were done by Bush but the Congress would not allow it. Only after we were attacked did they believe such an attack was even possible. The president is responsible for national security, for the protection of American citizens.

There is no way 9-11 could have been treated like a criminal case. Consider the elements of the attack. The Pentagon, our national military complex. The World Trade Center, the national symbol of our economy. They were headed for, most likely, the Capital Bldg, the center of our government. Those are not the actions of criminals. They wanted to bring down our country and kill as many people as possible in the process.

Why do you focus on George Bush?

Clinton bombed Baghdad, and lobbed cruise missles into Afghanistan, did you forget that?

After Bush, Obama has left intact the Patriot Act, Gitmo, military tribunals, our presence in Iraq, and he's "surging" in Afghanistan, opened offshore drilling off the east coast, still has the Bush tax cuts, rehired "Betrayus" Petreus, on and on. Obama has continued all the things you're upset about. How many U.S. soldiers have died in the wars since Obama took office? You don't know, and you don't care.

You have the Bush Derangement Syndrome that everybody talks about. Does it hurt, or make you dizzy? Or do you just run at the mouth?

I don;t know much but I do know

and I also know "UN and Clinton lied about Saddam had WMD in the 80s and early 90s."

I don't think anyone can truly say that anything good happened under Bush and the Republicans:

For starters, the Bush/Republican war in Iraq (which had NO JUSTIFICATION and NO BENEFIT) is projected to cost the US taxpayer $3 TRILLION when done ! (that's $10,000 PER PERSON !)

And AGAIN Republicans lied, saying "we won't raise your taxes"; instead they tacked it onto the federal debt! They raised the US federal debt more than any administration IN HISTORY! The US now owes $12 TRILLION, thanks mostly to George and the G0P! (about $40,000 PER PERSON!) Do they think the US taxpayer will soon forget that ?! How is that better than raising taxes? They speak out of both sides of their lying mouths.

We will be paying that war off for DECADES.! And what did we get for that $ 3 TRILLION? NOTHING!!
