Why does my HTTP table have blank space above it when displayed?

Created an HTTP on a website and it inexplicably has a big blank space between the table title and the table. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you know what could have caused it and how I can get rid of it?

    What's an HTTP table? Give a link to the problem page so people can look at your code. Hard to help with nothing to work on.
