In Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 DS how do you get past Filch in Slytherin Corridors?
I can' figure it out, there is nothing to distract him with and if you try sneak past he catches you. I also can't move the statue near him without seeing me either. Does anyone know what to do? Please help!
Hey Aggie thanks for the help but a lot of that doesn't apply in the ds, as you have just taken the polyjuice potion you are crabbe and goyle. I did manage to figure it out but the free play stuff is right.

If you are playing as Harry, use the invisibility cloak. You can also use other characters that Filch does not seem to bother, like ghosts and Filch himself.
If one of you get caught by Filch, the other player must zap his cat. This will cause him to release the player that he has a hold of and then you can escape.
In free-play, one of us used a ghost to distract Filch, while the other player completed tasks. Filch followed the ghost to the other side of the room and stayed next to the ghost.
