Cell phone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
I hit a button on my phone and now it is on silent mode. I have no idea how to get it back to volume. I have used the volume on the side and have gone into sound settings and it says it's on volume but that the overall silent mode is activated on my phone. How do I turn this off?

Check it in the Profiles option. There are various modes, and Silent mode is one of it. So, change the mode

To turn off old the red button. You may also fix it by going to its setting and modifying your sound profile.

Maybe you should call Verizon and see what they have to say because they will prob know the answer
