(factory) paint job on my car....?
i have a 2000 celica and i bought a body kit for it and now its time for the paint. i want to paint it blue but my dad says if i do that i lose value in the car (if i ever was to sell it )he says its better to use the factory color (black) for the body kit and paint it...so my question is if i paint a car another color do i lose value in that car for not using factory color?

It depends on the car and the quality of the paint job, but in general, I'd have to agree with your Dad. Just paint the body kit to match the factory original paint job on your Celica.

Your first assumption replaced into one hundred% suitable! production facility paint is plenty harder than a repaint. pressing the sting of a finger nail into production facility paint leaves no mark. attempt it on a fix or repaint. stable success!
