I keep coming across the term "caro sposo" in a book that I am reading and don't know what that means. Help?

In my book it means "neck the spouse" if you have one or loosely translated means to jump the bones of the one you are loving.

Roughly translated, it means "devoted wife". I believe there are variations on the spelling depending on the application.
Other meanings signify "devoted husband", so I suppose it just matters what lingo you are translating from... LOL.

Esposo Caró meant "Expensive Husband" in spanish XDDD dont know what it really meant :-P

It's "dear husband" in Italian.
