My computer screen keeps blinking whenever I try to watch videos on computer?

Its Due to Less Graphics....or Due To a Slow Computer Speed.(Normally on Pentium 3 Processors.)

It Happens if your there's a lot of computer usage at a time....or if your computer cannot handle the work load.

Recommendations:

1.Increase Your RAM and Upgrade Your Computer.

2.Check Your Graphic Card nd The Program You Use To Watch Video's.(Suggestion:Use VLC Player.)

I have never heard of this before. The only thing I can suggest is too clean your graphics card. If that fails? Buy a new one.
