Why does'nt Lancia make a 5 wheel drive SUV?

Update:

Im talking about an SUV that has the spare tire mounted transversely on the rear. Why can't they invent something that would lower that 5th wheel to the ground so it would be supporting the car. Then a hydraulic motor could turn the wheel.

    Back in the day they might have, just to do something different. They are just a small part of FIAT now they just retail cars designed by FIAT

    Bcz in this ressession period Lancia thought that ...tires price is too high ...to reduce the SUV COST TO UUUUU..... AAYEE BAAT SAMAJME MERE LALLUUUUU.
