how far are we in space?

Not so far.... We have barely gone any where. The outer space is very big.. enormous in size.. If we had to compare what we have explored its like picking a grain of sand from the beach.. we have just picked one grain of sand and thats it.. There is so much to explore but we do not that the technology... we haven't scouted the whole universe yet.. we have strong telescopes and others still travelling through space at unimaginable speed.. it will take us generations to cover a portion that will make us satisfied.

The universe is literally ever expanding so as far as knowing where we are located in it...it's pretty much impossible to tell. However, if you're asking how far we've traveled, then we've sent unmanned probes out at least as far as Pluto, which is at the edge of our solar system and we've been able to take pictures of a few other distant galaxies. to put that into perspective, it would take over four thousand years to drive to Pluto if you were constantly going 70 miles an hour, it's like 2.6 billion miles or around that from Earth to their and Earth is literally a tiny speck in our solar system which is literally a tiny speck in our galaxy which is literally a tiny speck in our universe..
