Where to go in east coast USA ?

That pays 5 cents per aluminum cans large amounts like like 30,000 cans at a time

i'm seraching scrap metal yards that specifically pay per piece NOT by the lb !

I do know that the cans have to be in fairly good shape so the can scan the bar code on them i heard of the state of maine does this but i'm looking for something closer to PA like maybe NY or Maryland !
