It is a scam likely being offered by a foreign company. They want your credit card number so they offer you a worthless cash program for a small "fee" like $2 or $5 so they get your credit card number. Then after a "trial period", they'll charge you anywhere from $39 - $150 on a weekly or monthly basis. If you try to call to cancel before the trial period ends, they usually do not answer. If they do answer, they'll promise to cancel your order but they will charge your card anyway. They will keep charging your card until you cancel your credit card. If you try to charge back the scam with your bank, your bank will likely refuse since you willingly gave the scammers your credit card number. People hit with this scam always have to cancel their credit card: either sooner and lose a little money or later and lose a lot of money. Google is a huge corporation. They do not need you or me to help them earn money and they have nothing to do with this scam. The scammers simply use Google's name to try to make it sound believable. However, the real key here is for the scammers to get a hold of your credit card number so they can charge it repeatedly and for as long as they can. The only people earning money here are the scammers.
