Can you translate rare languages?

I need help with Vosgian (dialect of Alsace-Lorraine in France); with the phrase -

"Sache coum Ikos treiches d’Ochey."

It has to do with a wasteland or land left unplowed (treiches); Ochey is probably the name of a village and the character in the story is boasting or arguing about how to get to the town of Sagennes.

I hope I'll be lucky!

Update:

You guys are really helpful but you seem to confuse "sache" with the French imperative "Saches que..." ("Let me tell you that...") and I got waylaid that way too until I found (on babelproject) that this translation is impossible. But the author himself might be confusing French and Vosgian deliberately. I'll have to try to get hold of the author it would seem...

Update 2:

Thanks Korn, but the brothers are having an "I know better" match so I doubt that he would ask a question.

Update 3:

Thank you very much Hachimaki. Vital information there. I googled the two villages and found the land all around dotted with woodlots and patches of fallow land. So I'm getting there!

Well, this is not a rare language but seems to sound like a slang or sms language.

Ochey is famous for its military air base and not far from there you have a beautiful village called "Pierre-la-Treiche"

I am wondering whether it is a way to say "please, know how they speak in Pierre-la-Treiche". I am not sure.

Since I don't live far from this area, I can tell you there is no special dialect there. I confirm. That's why I say your sentence sounds like a sms message or like a slang.
