well last year I have a baby because of doc. mistake he die 24 hours after his birth, he was born at 7 moths he did not have any issue with down syndrome, but because of my age 41 my husband wanted a baby so much and he has taking care of the 3 I have from my previous marriage as if they were his
I would like to try to have one more but he is worry about my heath and I am worry about the heath of the baby
I am curious to know if we do an IVF will the chance of the baby having a handicap because of my age will not occur

No. IVF will not ensure the baby not having downsyndrome.
IVF assists you in getting pregnant.
it has nothing to do with babys health otherwise
make sure you eat right and take a good prenatal vitamin.
and make sure you get prenatal care (earlier the better).. more folic acid may also help (800-1G is best)..
