1. Beefy mac and cheese: ground beef, onions, mushrooms (optional) large elbow macaroni, Ragu Cheese Sauce (near the spaghetti sauce aisle). Brown meat, boil pasta, & blend.
2. Chicken Fried Chicken & Mashed Potatoes (my fav): Chicken breast filets (may need to slice again) place in zip loc bag unzipped or between wax paper and pound semi flat. Season, flour, & fry just like frying regular chicken. Use instant or boil cubed potatoes , mash, add milk, butter, & season.
3. Quick Shrimp Fetuccini: boil pasta (don't rinse). Heat sauce (may season). Saute shrimp in butter & seasonings. Pour sauce over pasta, blend & top with shrimp
4. Mini Meat Loaf: Season ground beef, form oblong shapes and brown. Add a tad bit of water, onions, cover & cook. Throw in a brown gravy seasoning pack and voila. Add side dish. You can also use a red gravy if you'd like.

My favorite thing to make on a gas stove is something I can't make worth a squat on an electric one: Stir-fry. Here's the easy part - there is no real recipe, and you can just go pick up the ingredients at a salad bar at your local grocery.
Grab some meat (chicken or beef) that's been cut in tiny strips already by the butcher.
Head to the salad bar and gather some ingredients. Pack them together based on how long they take to cook (carrots, onions and peppers together - then mushrooms, broccoli and spring onions together etc)
Go home and mix up in a little measuring cup some soy sauce, a little garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and cornstarch. Throw in a little bit of white wine or chicken broth if you wish.
Oil in a wok or skillet, turn the heat up high, throw in the meat first, once it sears on the outside, add the veggies that take the longest to cook, then the short cooking veggies, when they're almost done, add the liquid/sauce ingredients, toss until it's all glazed and beautiful and voila! If you want you can serve it over rice or ramen noodles.

Pasta like spaghetti. Or using alfredo or pesto sauce is good and super easy. Stir-fried veggies. Hamburgers, hot dogs. Omelettes, pancakes, fried eggs and toast, french toast.
You can cook 85% of food on a stove. It just depends on what you like.
