Do state drug laws violate the Supremacy clause of the Constitution?

If Susan Bolton rules in favor of the federal government over Arizona based on supremacy, doesn't that create precedence to challenge a lot of other states laws?

Update:

Thomas - I agree with you, however, there are federal drug laws... and prescribed punishments.

In order to meet the supremacy clause the const. declares that the laws must be made "in Pursuance thereof . . ." What clause of the const. grants congress authority to punish drug use? None. If the government had to amend the const to ban alcohol, the const. must be amended to ban drugs.

Any relaxation of standards from the federal drug laws would certainly be fair game.
