Can I wear a floral sundress to an interview?

I have an interview at Bath and Body Works tomorrow and I was wondering if this dress would be appropriate?

I don't think that's exactly appropriate for an interview. Maybe if you put a blazer over it with heels.

i don't see anything wrong with it. you could put a thin sweater over it if you're too worried. I say go for it & rock the dress with heels:)

You should wear something you feel good about yourself in....if you like how you look and it makes you feel good and confident wear it....
