Aren't Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato BFFs anymore?

I don't think their friends anymore. I think its because Selena wasn't hanging out with Demi as much as before, but with Taylor (swift), and Demi grew jealous since Selena and Taylor became such great friends, but Demi also became best friends with Miley. So they just grew apart, sadly. And also, if you search on YouTube "Ask Taylor" You'll see that a fan asks Demi, "How's Selena" and then Demi replies by saying, "Ask Taylor". So, sadly, I don't think their friends :( Hope this helps though!

No, Demi and Selena aren't friends anymore. I used to be a big fan of Demi Lovato, but not so much anymore. Whether they've come out to say it or not, you can see that they've gone their separate ways. Selena is NOT caught up in fame. From what you can see she's very humble, and her situation is a lot sadder because she isn't hanging out with a lot of people anymore. Just based off tabloids and magazines, photographs now usually show her alone, or by herself. Demi also went her separate ways, but you see her hanging out with the Jonas Brothers and Miley, and Selena doesn't seem to be her primary focus anymore. If to say anything, I think Demi has changed a lot. Fame has really changed her as a person, and you can really tell that from seeing where she started and where she is now. And of course when she started going out with Joe Jonas, her friends starting coming second or not at all. I think it's rather unfortunate, and I really liked both. But I've started to notice that Selena is very down to earth, and Demi..well...isn't. But to sum up everything, no, not really. Demi has been seen hanging out with other celebrities, and hasn't really been hanging out with Selena anymore. And for the most part, Selena has remained the same down to earth girl she was from the beginning.

~Also to add on, Selena has only been seen with Taylor Swift maybe once or twice. But as a whole, Demi, Taylor and Miley lately have something to bond over. The fact that they all dated a Jonas Brother in one way or another.

No they aren't because i think the fame got in between them.

Demi is really confused about her image to. I think shes so confused i mean

one second shes got black hair and shes all vampire eery looking.

Then she comes out of nowhere and goes blond and tan.

So i don't understand her at all. Selena on the other hand is

really down to earth and she is actually acting her age unlike Miley

who turned into the hoe we all knew she was in the first place.

So overall i think they just became completely different people.

Demi is a poser and thinks shes so awesome just because she dated

the guy she used to say was "like a brother to me" Joe Jonas.

And Selena was getting messed around by Nick Jonas so maybe that has

something to do with it too.

These Disney people are way to over publicized

that is what i said. demi and selena had been working very far apart from eachother for t.v shows,movies,concerts.etc. anyway so they kinda drifted apart, but im not excatly sure if their still friends..? there was a video of demi dissing selena while signing a fans autograph. the fan asked her "hows selena?" and demi replys saying"ask taylor." with a stuck up smile. around that time selena had been spending alot of time with taylor swift.

I think that fame has split them apart.

In recent tweets, I think that they have broken apart, but have come to miss each other.

They're kind of like any set of besties that get broken apart for a while, then realize their loss without the other pea in the pod.

I wouldn't say CLOSE bff's, but they might still be best friends, just separated for a while.

Selena seems like she's chasing fame and attention and Demi seems like she's just working and enjoying life. Everytime I see Selena she's always talking about who she'll date or everything personal just to get the media talking about her.
