You can fly to Stockholm-Arlanda (ARN) from the following UK airports -

London Heathrow with British Airways & Scandinavian Airlines.

Edinburgh with Scandinavian Airlines & Norwegian Air Shuttle.

London Gatwick with Norwegian Air Shuttle & Viking Airlines.

Manchester with Scandinavian Airlines.

To Stockholm-Skavsta (NYO) you can fly from the following UK airports with Ryanair -

Edinburgh, Liverpool, London Gatwick & London Stansted.

Some random trivia: Don't forget to consider the time/cost of travel to and from the airports. Ryanair may provide dirt cheap tickets, but the train fare from Liverpool St to Stansted is £26.70 return. When you arrive at Stockholm-Skavsta, you'll face 1 hr 20 mins on the bus to central Stockholm. Tickets cost 198 Swedish kronor (£18) return.

Buses from Arlanda airport to central Stockholm take 45 minutes with the same fare, i.e. 198 Kr. You can also catch the train from Arlanda, which takes 20 minutes, but the Arlanda Express costs 460 kr (£41) return!! :-( Sometimes they have 2 for 1 offers, in which case the single fare is 140 kr / person, single fare - much more attractive!
