This answer is simple:
Microsoft Excel.
This program is pretty difficult to master, but if you can, you'll find that you could get a job doing nearly anything. My math professor once told me how he learned it overnight in order to get a job, and that job payed him very well and lasted him over ten years, where he was working on Excel everyday. It wouldn't hurt at all to know PowerPoint back-to-front, either.
Excel will help you for any job geared towards mathematics or statistics, numbers or inventory, whereas PowerPoint will come in handy if you find a job in business, as you'll be using it a lot for presentations to other co-workers on how the company is going, sales, etc. Now, I'm not going to GUARANTEE that knowing these programs will get you a perfect dream job, but if you want to learn just one or two programs, these two are probably your best shot.
Note: While it isn't necessarily a program, learning HTML and CSS would also be a GREAT plus to add on any resume. Learn these two well and you can master making webpages. If you want to work for an internet website, these two are absolute necessities.

In general you would need to know Word and Excel, possibly Access and PowerPoint. If you're looking for a specific type of job, well... it depends on the job.
